After sorting resource-based waste, including iron and aluminum cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles, paper, etc., we process the clean up resource recyclables works(Tzu Chi). we effectively achieve environmental protection, resource recycling and reuse, and support charitable activities of public welfare organizations.

When recruiting, appointing and developing employees, we hire the employees based on the work ability. The recruitment procedures comply with laws and regulations. We implements a parental leave without pay system, and both male and female employees can apply according to the law. The application rules include:
(1) The husband and wife are employed at the time of application
(2) The employee has worked in the company for 6 months
(3) Applying when the child is under 3 years old
(4) Apply for a leave without pay for each parenting leave based on the principle of not less than 6 months and each application can only be applied for a maximum of 2 years.
Design and R&D technology are the main development projects of Smart Design Technology, as well as the key goals of training.
